It’s Wednesday and with project deadlines looming I’m totally feeling the hump. So I thought I’d give myself a list of 30 things to do throughout the day to feel more awesome and share my list with you all. Have a read –

1. Stop reading/writing this and go outside
2. Take several deep breaths
3. Read something that inspires you
4. Do something you’ve been putting off
5. Take a shower
6. Make yourself a hot drink
7. Call a friend you haven’t spoken to in ages
8. Hug it out
9. Do something that scares you
10. Catch up with a friend
11. Plan a trip
12. Watch your favourite comedy show
13. Go for a walk
14. Plan to cook an awesome dinner tonight
15. Do something for someone else without expectation
16. Send someone a random gift
17. Write a list of all the ways you’re AWESOME
18. Tell someone you love them
19. Send someone a handwritten note
20. Get lost in some awesome music
21. Donate some money to charity
22. Play with your dog/cat/partner/child/friend/#insert awesome living thing here#
23. Read a book
24. Thank someone for something trivial that you usually take for granted
25. Start learning something new
26. Jump up and down and say “I’m fucking awesome” at the top of your voice
27. Say no to something you don’t want to do because of other people’s expectations of you
28. Say yes to something you do want to do
29. Take a nap
30. Smile
31. Write your own list of 30 things to do to Feel More Awesome.
